1) Residential----- Strictly residential
instruction; traditional instructional modality.
2) Online----- Strictly online instruction. Instruction is accessible via a computer or computer network only. 3) Both----- Program instruction is being delivered solely online as well as being offered solely in residential format. 4) Blended----- Program is a combination of online and residential instruction. (Program integrates online activities and resources as an element of traditional instructional format). |

1) New----- Programs that are added to the
curriculum new or those that have a revised CIP and CIP long title.
2) Modified----- Indicates a change in degree status. 3)Deleted------ Programs that have been deleted from the institutions curriculum offerings. |

| CIP Code(Classification of Instructional Programs): The National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) taxonomy of instructional programs used to facilitate the organization, collection, and reporting of program data nationally. | |
| CIP Long Title: NCES CIP Code title and description, which closely corresponds to the approved program title and description. | |
| Local Title: Actual institutional title and description used to describe the program. | |
